CNA Salary
Arcadia offers the best pay plan in the industry. Your starting hourly rate will depend on your experience and the job requirements of the assignment you accept. Typically rates range between $28.00 and $40.00 per hour with additional compensation for overtime hours. Compensation can be as much as $60.00 per hour! As part of your comprehensive benefit package, we pay the majority of the premium for your medical, dental and life insurance. Coverage for family members is available at low rates. All insurance coverages are effective on the first day of the month following your start date. Our group medical plan, through a nationally recognized carrier, minimizes out-of-pocket costs and meets a wide range of healthcare needs. It allows our travelers to obtain routine care, including the necessary and required physical exams and health clearances.
