Care Companion Elderly
Arcadia understands that coming into your home is a privilege and that we must earn your confidence. That's why all of Arcadia's caregivers are thoroughly screened and undergo a complete review of references, credentials and experience. Moreover, all are bonded and insured by Arcadia.
Every Arcadia employee must meet rigorous standards, including:
- A reference screening
- A minimum of one year of experience in their specific area
- Successful completion of a written qualifying examination
- A statement of health with immunization status
- Criminal background checks and drug screening, as appropriate
- A comprehensive orientation to Arcadia's professional policies and procedures
