Arcadia Resources Acquires Rite at Home

SOUTHFIELD, MI: June 20, 2005: Arcadia Resources, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: ACDI - News), a leading provider of home care and staffing services, mail order pharmacy and durable medical equipment ("DME"), announced today that it has acquired Rite at Home Healthcare Products, L.L.C. ("Rite at Home") of Burr Ridge, Illinois, a catalog outsourcing and product fulfillment company. Rite at Home currently creates and distributes the business-to-consumer marketing efforts of one of the nation's largest retailers, Sears Shop at Home Services, a specialty catalog of Sears, Roebuck and Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sears Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SHLD - News).

With this acquisition, Arcadia Resources gains Rite at Home's licensing rights to distribute Sears Shop at Home catalog of home health and wellness products via direct mail and Internet. The products offered are a full range of health and wellness products, which include mobility aides, aides for daily living, adjustable beds and stairway lifts.
